1. How It Works

• We match you with one trusted contractor who services your area.
• You’ll be contacted directly to discuss and confirm the job.
• If the job is not accepted, or doesn’t go ahead, we may assign it to another available contractor.

2. Our Role

• We are a lead generation platform.
• We connect homeowners with local service providers.
• We are not part of the contract between you and the contractor.
• We do not supervise or guarantee the completion or quality of any work.

3. Contractor Responsibility

• Contractors are independent and operate their own businesses.

They are responsible for:

  • Holding any required licences and insurance
• You are encouraged to ask for proof of qualifications or insurance before confirming any work.

4. Your Responsibility

Let us know if the contractor did not respond or the job was not completed.

5. Payments

• All payments are made directly between you and the contractor.

We do not take payment for jobs, nor do we handle disputes over payment or work quality.

6. Follow-Up & Reassignment

If we find the job has not been accepted or started, we reserve the right to reassign the job to another contractor.

7. Feedback

• You may be invited to share your feedback after a job is completed.
• Positive feedback may be published with your first name and suburb.

Feedback helps us ensure only reliable contractors remain on our system.

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect basic contact and job info so we can match you with a contractor.
• Your details are only shared with the matched contractor.
• We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.

9. Platform Use
