Terms & Conditions

Local Home and Garden Repairs Account Credit Vouchers

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of vouchers for Local Home and Garden Repairs services. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using a voucher.

1. Voucher Purchase

You can purchase a $50 voucher (including GST) as a deposit toward booking a service provider from Local Home and Garden Repairs. You may also purchase multiple $50 vouchers to use as credit on your account. This credit can be used to pay for any services offered by us.

2. Booking a Service

After payment, the voucher will be applied as a deposit or credit towards the services you book with us. We will aim to schedule the work within two weeks after you make your payment. Please note that services are subject to availability in your local area.

3. Using Your Account Credit

  • Your account credit will be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • We will send you a reminder every 90 days that you have credit to spend with us.
  • If the job you book costs more than the available credit, we will send you an invoice to pay the outstanding amount.
  • Account credit cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

4. Gifting Vouchers to Someone Else

If you are purchasing account credit to be used by someone else (e.g., a family member or friend), you must inform us at the time of purchase who will be using the credit and services.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing a voucher or account credit. This includes if you choose to have the work done by another service provider outside of our marketing co-op.

6. Expiration of Vouchers

Vouchers and account credits will expire 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused credit will be forfeited after this time.

7. Additional Costs

If the total cost of the job exceeds the amount of your account credit, you will be required to pay the remaining balance via an additional invoice. We will notify you of any extra charges before the work is completed.
